OPE is a management consulting company founded in 1984.
We work primarily with industrial companies and, in particular, with companies in the automotive industry, OEMs and different Tier level firms. We have offices in Bilbao, San Sebastian and Pamplona and we are specialized in transformation projects in the areas of strategy, operations and people.
We combine our areas of intervention to address business problems that, in general, are not one-dimensional or simple. We act simultaneously from different fronts to increase the effectiveness of the approaches to be implemented.
