With more than 50 years of experience, Erreka has established itself as a benchmark company in the development of moulds and the manufacture of technical injected plastic parts. Erreka has highly automated production facilities in Spain, the Czech Republic, Mexico and China. These facilities are equipped with plastic injection machines ranging from 15 to 400 tonnes, allowing the manufacture of complex parts and assemblies.
In Spain, Erreka has 3,500 square metres of facilities and 23 plastic injection machines. In the Czech Republic, the facilities cover 2,300 square metres with 19 injection machines. In Mexico, Erreka operates on 3,000 square meters with 39 injection machines, and in China, it has 500 square meters and 2 injection machines.
Erreka offers co-development services, mold design and construction, automation solutions and the injection of technical plastic parts. Featured products include products related to wiper systems, alternators, air conditioning, heating and cooling systems, exhaust gas recirculation systems, air induction systems, lighting systems, transmission and drive train systems, steering systems, locks, door handles and latches.
As a company, it maintains high quality standards and has various certifications, such as UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949. These standards ensure quality and safety in all its processes and products. Erreka implements advanced quality assurance systems, supply chain management, and manufacturing technology resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
Erreka collaborates with important customers in the automotive sector, such as Valeo, Continental, Bosch, and many others. Direct collaboration with customers allows Erreka to define and develop plastics solutions for current or new products, ensuring 100% control of the characteristics with artificial vision systems.

• Automation Development: In-house team dedicated to the design and development of automation projects.
• Machine Vision System: Machine vision systems within manufacturing cells for validation of 100% of parts produced.
• Clean Room: 250 m² clean room with ISO 8.
• Metrology: Dimensional analysis and testing of products manufactured by plastic injection.

• Diversified R&D Team: Specialized in thermoplastic injection, tool structures, machining and design.
• Autonomous Tool Workshops: Each production plant has technology to transform tools, including CNC, welding machines, erosion, cleaning and CAM.
• 100% Internal Maintenance: Facilities prepared to verify the status of the tools and keep them in the best conditions.
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Development of a DFM file to show the client the final design of the tool before manufacturing.
