EKIDE is an SME located in Arrasate-Mondragón that offers engineering services thanks to the design and knowledge of a wide variety of manufacturing technologies.
In the checking fixtures business area, EKIDE designs and manufactures measuring and quality control devices for the automotive sector.
These devices simulate a perfect vehicle on which to mount a part in order to control its geometric dimensions, deformations, etc.
EKIDE’s objective is to consolidate its position as a strategic supplier and collaborator of TIER 1 in the automotive sector through the development of checking fixtures that allow both dimensional and surface control. In addition to this business unit, artificial vision developments will be added, with the aim of integrating new inspection technologies to checking fixtures.
Software (CATIA/NX); accuracy up to 0.05 mm, any part of the vehicle can be measured with our tools. Development of machine vision implementation and measurement software.
