The main objective in Arteca for more than 70 years is to supply antivibration technical products, solutions and service to our customers where they need it. Arteca Group is composed by 3 companies. 2 of them are in Europe and the third one is in China. The main offices are located in Spain where we develop all the parts of the group. In Spain we are located in Villabona (Gipuzkoa) where we mainly produce rubber metal parts for automotive, truck and railway industry. In France the company is located close to Paris and we produce mainly PU parts for truck industry. In China our plant is located in Suzhou and we produce rubber, rubber-metal and plastic parts. One of the key elements we have in Spain for development of the parts is that we have an engenering team capable to develop prototypes that enables us to offer our customers a technical solution to whatever problem they have in a short period of time. We have software of FEA, flexim, testing and validation done in house in mechanical and material laboratory, fatigue test, ambient test, injection rubber machines separated from production for this aim. Another key element is that all the process is done in house: rubber development and manufacturing, adhesive application, rubber injection with automatic working stations, artifical checking stations, etc. We also design and manufacture our own automatic working stations such adhesive application machines, quality control stations with artifical vision, automatic feeding systems, etc.
