1. Anonymous website browsing
ACICAE obtains and holds only the following information on visitors to its website:
- a. The domain name of the service provider (ISP) and/or the IP address via which the Internet is accessed.
- b. The date and time when our website is accessed.
- c. The IP address from which the link to our website came.
The information obtained is entirely anonymous and cannot be associated with specific, identified users in any case.
2. Browsing with JavaScript, CSS & Cookies
To browse our website users must enable the options for JavaScript, CSS and Cookies (small data files generated on the user’s computer that enable us to save customised items such as language and session starts). All our cookies store information in encrypted form and are destroyed automatically after a set time. Users may eliminate cookies sent to them via the configuration of the browser used to access the ACICAE website. ACICAE does not use third-party cookies on its website.
3. Website registration & identification
To take part in actions on the ACICAE website, users must create a user account. This account enables users to access a private area where they can manage personal data, registrations for events, job bank and subscriptions to newsletters. The private area also provides the means to correct and/or cancel user accounts.
4. Processing of data obtained via the website
Under current regulations on data protection, services in the information society and electronic trade, users agree to the personal data that they provide via the website www.acicae.es being processed and incorporated into a treatment that is responsible ACICAE, located in Parque Empresarial Boroa, P2A-4, in Amorebieta-Etxano (Bizkaia).
Personal data are collected and processed for the purpose of managing requests submitted to ACICAE by users via the website, to comply with the legal obligations of ACICAE in matters of protection of personal data, to provide information on the campaigns and activities of ACICAE and, as the case may be, for such other purposes as may be indicated in the online forms used to obtain data from users. The legal basis is based, therefore, on your consent as well as on the contractual or pre-contractual relationship that may be established.
The data requested from the user in the collection forms are necessary for the purposes for which they are requested, unless their optional nature is indicated in the corresponding form. In the event that the user does not provide the minimum necessary data requested, ACICAE will not be able to process the request made the service requested through the form in question.
ACICAE undertakes to uphold its duty to maintain the secrecy of personal data and its duty to treat them with confidentiality, and assumes, for these purposes, the technical, organizational and security measures necessary to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April, 27th, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and in the Organic Law 3/2018, of December, 5th, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and other applicable legislation.
The holder of the personal data must write to acicae@acicae.es or to the registered office of ACICAE indicated above, to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition regarding the treatment under the responsibility of ACICAE, indicating in the subject “LOPD” and proving their identity.
We guarantee that any transmission of your personal data will be done through a technology that meets the highest security standards.
The communication between your machine and our servers is encrypted. The data will be processed only by authorized and responsible personnel of ACICAE.
