ACICAE-Basque Automotive Cluster together with OPE Consultants, invite you to the conference ‘Keys to solving complex problems’, which will take place on Wednesday March,19th from 09.30h to 11:30h at AIC – Automotive Intelligence Center (Amorebieta-Etxano).
Companies are facing numerous changes, instability and, above all, great uncertainty with the appearance and continuous evolution of unforeseen macro scenarios. And we observe how past solutions are no longer effective.
In this context, complex problem solving – a combination of different disciplines – emerges as a timely alternative to navigate the turbulent changes we are experiencing.
At the conference, in addition to delving into the keys to solving complex problems, we will share the case of the transformation of the former Nissan plant in Barcelona’s Zona Franca into a HUB for decarbonisation, firstly into a decarbonisation HUB and then into the current Ebro Factory. A very significant and recent reindustrialisation project, developed at a time of enormous uncertainty for the sector and plagued by conflicts of interest between the parties involved.
