Bilbao, February, 06th, 2025 – From ACICAE-Basque Automotive Cluster, in collaboration with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, we would like to invite you to take part in the second edition of the Labo-Talent programme for SMEs.
The programme is part of Bizkaia with the talent, an initiative promoted by Bizkaia Talent of which ACICAE is an active part, which aims to attract, retain and connect talent with companies and organisations in Bizkaia. Its purpose is to strengthen the business ecosystem of the territory through actions that boost competitiveness and employability, especially in strategic sectors.
Within this initiative, programmes are developed such as ‘Labo-Talento for SMEs’, an experiential programme co-designed together with 12 SMEs in Bizkaia, which aims to train and raise awareness among companies about the importance of having a roadmap for people management within SMEs, with a special focus on STEM profiles. It is the first step of the training itinerary for companies.
