DOISTUA is a company located in the industrial area of the Basque Country, in the north of Spain, that manufactures washers and metallic parts obtained by stamping processes. The company has been focused into the production of washers for automotive industry and we have become one of the fasteners industry’s reference companies in Europe.

We are certified according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Nowadays our exports volume is more than 80% of the production. We are supplying to the the AUTOMOTIVE, railway and renewable markets among others, as well as the main screw and bolt manufacturers and the most important fastener distributors in Europe.

Doistua manufactures washers under international standards and washers and stamped metallic parts from drawings and specifications of the automotive customers. The range of products is based on demands and needs of our customers, and includes different metallic parts from thickness 1 mm to 10 mm in various steels grades.

The die and the tooling are designed in Doistua and usually the dies are progressive with multiple parts per stroke. At the stamping section Doistua has 8 high-speed presses from 60 Tons to 650 Tons and up to 300 strokes per minute. Currently, we produce more than 800 millions of metallic parts per year.

Our complete manufacturing process could include heat treatment if necessary, grinding or second stamping operation for flatness requirements and also surface treatments, both electrolytic and zink flake coatings.

For the customers with automatic assembly all the parts could be sorted in optical inspection machines.
