We are a technology-based company specialised in offering global solutions in the transformation of plastics by rotomoulding (or rotational moulding), applied to different sectors in short series (from 1 to 20,000 units/year).
At Rotobasque, we offer a 100% full service, accompanying our customers from the beginning of an idea, engineering and design development, customisation of the piece, manufacturing, logistics and sales, up to the final certification processes.
There are many advantages of our technology over other technologies: it reduces investment in moulds and tooling, facilitates the achievement of a wide variety of colours and finishes, the possibility of manufacturing pieces of different thicknesses with the same mould, great versatility for obtaining hollow parts (partially or totally closed), very flexible technology and ideal for limited series, highly resistant materials that are 100% recyclable and/or recycled.
Rotomoulding has undergone a great technical evolution in recent years, which has led more and more sectors to turn to this technology for the manufacture of their products due to its characteristics: resistant, durable, recyclable, reusable, with minimum maintenance and great customisation possibilities.
The products we manufacture belong to our customers, made according to their needs and with the technical requirements specified for each piece. We currently work for more than 30 different sectors, the most important of which are: Automotive, Mobility, Renewable Energies, Industrial, Livestock, Agriculture, Fishing, Construction, Packaging and Furniture and Lighting.
We work with all types of clients, from large multinationals to SMEs. Some of the customers who count on us as reliable suppliers are: Renault, Nissan, Irizar, Atlas Copco, General Dynamics, Irizar, Talgo, Sokoa, Resol, Ausa, Zunibal, HMY, among others.
Although we have a strong presence in the local market, thanks to our location in a clearly industrial geography, we currently supply companies from all over the country and internationally. In recent years, we have had clients in international European markets: France, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, etc. And also in non-European international markets such as Morocco and Mexico.
